Enzo Life Sciences TNC : TWEAK (soluble) (mouse), (recombinant) (10µg)

Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences ALX522138C010
Some TNF ligands (such as TWEAK (mouse) or FasL (mouse)) produced as soluble forms do not assemble into stable trimers and show low receptor binding. Addition of the tenascin-C oligomerization domain (TNC) (from chicken) at the N-terminus of recombinant mouse soluble TWEAK stabilizes the TNF homology domain (THD) of rmsTWEAK into a trimer and increases binding to its respective TNF receptor. Alternative name: Apo-3L, TNFSF 12. Concentration: 0.1mg/ml after reconstitution. Purity: ≥95% (SDS-PAGE). Formulation: Lyophilized. Contains PBS. Source: Produced in HEK 293 cells. The extracellular domain of mouse TWEAK (aa 94-249) is fused at the N-terminus to tenascin-C (TNC) (chicken) (aa 110-139) and a FLAG-tag. Specificity: Binds to Fn14 (mouse):Fc (human) (rec.) (ALX-522-036). Applications: ELISA .
