Toltrazuril sulfone, also known as Ponazuril, is a metabolite of Toltrazuril with antiprotozoal activity. This triazine anticoccidial is developed to prevent coccidiosis in poultry. It is believed to exhibit inhibitory effects by targeting different enzyme systems in various apicomplexans, and in vitro, it inhibits *T. gondii* replication. This product is for research use only.

  • Inhibits the development of merozoites of *S. neurona*.
  • Inhibits the development of *N. caninum* after approximately 48 hours post-exposure.
  • Effective in preventing and treating toxoplasmosis in mice.
