For use with Minimal Glucose Agar, S. typhimurium and E. coli WP2 strains in the Ames assay. Requires supplementation. MOLTOX provides all products necessary to conduct the Salmonella, E. coli, MOLTOX FT™, µAmes and UMU Mutagenicity Assays. All products are formulated and manufactured using the highest quality components and are consistent with the recommendations set forth by the historical literature corresponding to each test type. Certain Ames materials (e.g. STDiscs™ and Lyophilized S9) have been specifically developed in our laboratory for these assays.
