The SENSOREX TCS3200 Toroidal Conductivity Sensor is an industrial conductivity sensor designed for continuous monitoring and control of conductivity in pure and ultrapure water applications. It features a toroidal measuring cell made of PEEK with platinum electrodes for corrosion resistance. The large flow-through design allows for representative sampling across the entire pipe diameter. Measurement range is 0.055 to 1000 μS/cm with accuracy of ±1% of reading. The sensor provides analog 4-20mA and digital MODBUS RTU output. Maximum pressure is 145 psi at 104°F. Applications include semiconductor manufacturing, power generation, pharmaceutical production, and laboratory use.
