  • Continue comprehensive service support post factory warranty with faster response time and proactive maintenance through annual preventative maintenance visit (or event).
  • 2 business day response time1 for corrective maintenance.

Includes:

  • Engineer labor, travel and factory-certified replacement parts required for corrective maintenance
  • 1 scheduled preventative maintenance visit including a preventative maintenance kit (where applicable)
  • Priority unlimited access to OEM-trained technical support experts who can diagnose, investigate, and remotely resolve issues or schedule on-site visits using digital remote support tools
  • Access to on-line service knowledge base
  • Corrective Maintenance Repair Guarantee for the duration of product warranty or one year (whichever is longer2)
  • Loaner instrument included as availability allows where loaners are available for duration of the repair3
  • Instrument Software/ Firmware updates4 included as needed to support preventative maintenance or corrective maintenance visit
  • 10% discount on additional services (additional preventative maintenance visits, calibration and qualification services)
