The ScanLater Western Blot Protein Ladder Reagent provides ready-to-load molecular weight standards optimized for fluorescence-based western blot detection workflows. It includes biotinylated protein standards and visible marker bands to simplify size estimation and detection on membranes.

• Contains seven biotinylated recombinant proteins spanning 10, 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, and 140 kD.
• Includes three blue-stained visual marker bands at 18 kD, 31 kD, and 70 kD.
• Supplied ready-to-load in sample buffer; no dilution, reduction, or heating required.
• 130 μL total volume; recommended loading 4-8 μL per lane, suitable for ~30 mini-gel lanes.
• Store frozen at -20°C on receipt; -80°C recommended for long-term storage.
• Formulated for fluorescence membrane detection workflows and compatible with ScanLater detection cartridges.
