Clone TRA-1-60R is a mouse monoclonal antibody that reacts with TRA-1-60 (podocalyxin) a 200 kDa pluripotent stem cell-specific protein expressed on the surface of undifferentiated human embryonic stem (ES) and induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells embryonal carcinoma cells and embryonic germ cells as well as rhesus monkey ES cell lines.
