PYROJAS CORPORATION HiTE-iPSC™ Lentiviral Transduction Enhancer for Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells, 10 mg ~200 Reactions, iPSC Gene Editing Reagent, CRISPR Cas9 Base Editing, Pluripotency-Preserving TFP Peptide, Polybrene LentiBOOST Alternative, Spinoculation-Free, RUO
Supplier: PYROJAS CORPORATION HITEIPSC10MG
HiTE-iPSC™ is a high-efficiency lentiviral transduction enhancer optimized for human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and embryonic stem cell (ESC) workflows in regenerative medicine and cell and gene therapy. As a bi-functional Transient Fusion-Promoting Peptide (TFP), HiTE™ enhances viral entry by concentrating lentivirus at the cell membrane and promoting fusion, then self-inactivates within hours to preserve pluripotency, full differentiation potential, and chromosomal integrity. A superior alternative to polybrene (hexadimethrine bromide), LentiBOOST, RetroNectin coating, and spinoculation, HiTE-iPSC™ delivers up to 73.9% transduction efficiency (1.5× vs. standards) with >90% viability and VCN below the FDA threshold of 5.Applications: iPSC gene editing, CRISPR/Cas9, base/prime editing, reporter knock-in (GFP, mCherry), iPSC-derived cell therapy.Specs: 10 mg (~200 rxn); 10× (400 μM) stock; −80°C; VSV-G; RUO; PyrOjas Corp.
