The Trident Universal Protein Blocking Reagent (animal serum free) is in a ready to use format. Western blot: Immerse the filter in a sufficient amount of Blocking Reagent and incubate for 30 minutes at RT with gentle shaking. IHC/ICC: Incubate tissue sections/ cell smears in Blocking Reagent for 10 minutes at RT or 37ºC. Note: Optimal incubation times should be determined by the researcher.
