  • Inhibits akt1/2/3 expression and phosphorylated Aktser473/474/472 in tumorspheres.
  • Cleavage of PARP and procaspase-3, with emergent active caspase-3 fragment, are visible in H460 and A549 tumorspheres.
  • Suppresses xenograft tumor growth in nude mice without affecting weight.
