Description

nNOS/iNOS inhibitor

A potent inhibitor of neuronal and inducible NO synthases, with much lower affinity for the endothelial isoform (displays IC50 values of 28.2, 27.0 and 1057.5 μM respectively). Antinociceptive in vivo.
