  • To prepare a 1X solution, mix one volume of Fisher BioReagents 10X TAE Solution with 24 volumes of ultrapure water, such as BP2819
  • Tested for the absence of DNase, RNase, and protease
  • Filtered, autoclaved, and functionally tested for use in electrophoresis applications
  • TAE is a commonly used buffer for electrophoresis of nucleic acids in agarose gels
