Description

It used in some biochemical techniques that is maintain the pH within a relatively narrow range. Tris-HCl is commonly used to make TBS buffers. Tris Buffered Saline has been used as washing buffer for electrodes. It was used to wash micro titer plates for western blot experiments and screening methods. it is suitable for use as a washing buffer for alkaline phosphatase or peroxidase conjugates in dot blot assay.
