The surface of the TruBond 380 microscope slide is hydrophilic allowing the tissued to be refloated in the water bath for repositioning the tissue section and allowing the microscope slide to be used on all automated IHC platforms. They are especially useful in preventing tissue loss when performing high temperature antigen retrieval or enzyme digestion, and are ideal for use in immunostaining of formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) and frozen tissue where stronger adhesion microscope slides are required.
