These "Male Nuts" used to connect Stainless Steel tubing in the high pressures zones of HPLC systems. This 316L Stainless Steel Fitting has a standard diameter Hexagonal head for wrenching the nut. The long thread length makes this Nut ideal for use on injectors such as the Rheodyne™ and others, where space is limited and you want to have this Nut extend from the others or from the injector. Use with Single Cone Stainless Steel Ferrules which are designed to work with this fitting, providing a permanent attachment to SS tubing for a high pressure connection.
