Description

Tyvek Tubing is an efficient and flexible means of preparing difficult to wrap pharmaceutical production equipment, for steam sterilization. Once tubing is cut to length, both ends should be heat sealed closed.

  • 1422A Tyvek™ seam sterilisation tubing is a great choice when there is a wide range of equipment parts that need to be wrapped for sterilization.
  • Simply unroll the tubing to the desired length, slide the equipment into the tube and then heat seal each end closed.
  • The drapeable nature of the 1422A Tyvek™ material is ideal for wrapping equipment parts where one may need to 'feel through' the bag; especially when lifting, or handling the wrapped part.
  • Since 100% of the surface area allows for steam penetration and drying, each load can be configured for maximum efficiency and throughput.
