The InCELL Hunter U2OS Bcl2L1-Bim Protein Binding Cell Line provides an easy-to-use cell based assay to study small molecule drug candidates that disrupt protein binding. This kit assesses compound-based disruption of Bcl2L1-Bim binding via detection of Bim levels. This product uses EFC technology. The cell line included overexpresses Bcl2L1 target in an untagged form and Bim binding partner fused to ProLabel. When a compound engages the Bcl2L1 target protein, partner binding is disrupted and the destabilized Bim is degraded, leading to a loss of EFC signal upon addition of EA containing detection reagent.
