Supplier: Medchemexpress LLC HYN70335MG
UDP-glucuronic acid trisodium (Uridine-5'-diphosphoglucuronic acid trisodium salt) is a critical precursor for essential glycoconjugates across biological kingdoms, including mammalian glycosaminoglycans, plant cell wall polysaccharides, and bacterial capsule glycoglycerolipids. It promotes the migration of liver cancer cells (Huh7, SK-Hep1, and SNU449) through induction of EMT process at concentrations of 0.5-1 mM over 24 hours.
- Critical precursor for essential glycoconjugates
- Promotes migration of liver cancer cells
- Induces EMT process in liver cancer cells
- Decreases E-cadherin and increases vimentin levels in Huh7 and SNU449 cells
