Description

ULTIMATE 65™ Ultrasonically Sealed Border Cleanroom Wipes are polyester cleanroom wipes with sealed-edges, for ultra-critical ISO 3-4 class 1-10 cleanrooms.

  • Features ultrasonically sealed-borders are made from knit 100% polyester with laser cut edges
  • Manufactured in a controlled environment and cleanroom packaged - laundered in a class 10 cleanroom, individually inspected and hermetically sealed in clear cleanroom bags
  • Absorbent, abrasion resistant and made from 100% no-run polyester
  • Classified for a Class 1-10 cleanroom (ISO 3 -4)
  • Manufactured from 100% polyester providing a tough, absorbent and abrasion resistant product
  • Production process and laser cut edges guarantee extremely low particle generation and chemical extractables
  • Compatible with virtually any solvent or solution for cleaning and wiping
  • Double bag packaging
  • Meets USP 797 and USP 800 wipe requirements
  • Provide lot-to-lot traceability
  • Custom products available upon request
