Description

Constructed from 100% continuous filament polyester in a double-knit, no-run, interlock pattern with an ultrasonic sealed edge. This is an ultraclean and highly absorbent wiper with extremely low levels of particulate and extractable counts.

  • 100% continuous-filament double-knit polyester fiber
  • Ultrasonic sealed edge for reduced fiber contamination
  • Moderate absorbency and abrasion resistance
  • Excellent chemical compatibility with IPA and other common solvents
  • Extremely low levels of particulate and extractable counts
  • Laundered and packaged in a cleanroom
  • All Valutek™ wipers are tested and manufactured in ISO compliant facilities under Valutek™ inspection and strict process control to ensure Valutek™ quality standard and product specifications
  • This product is recommended for use in a cleanroom Class 1 -10 (ISO 3-4) critical environment
  • It is designed for critical processing applications where the highest level of contamination control is required
  • It is also commonly used for cleaning medical device products; applying, removing, cleaning and disinfecting solutions; is steam autoclavable for aseptic environments; and used for flat panel, optics cleaning, and chips multi-processing (CMP)
