The Grainger Approved Under Floor Electric Heat System is 30 feet long by 18 inches wide and operates on 240 volts. It provides radiant floor heating for areas up to 54 square feet. The system features a thin, flexible heating wire that is sandwiched between layers of fiberglass mesh. It can be installed under many types of flooring including tile, stone, laminate, hardwood and carpet. The wire heats to a uniform 105°F across the entire mat. This underfloor heating mat comes with a built-in thermostat to control the temperature.
