This biotinylated antibody reacts with heavy and light chains on mouse and rabbit IgG. It reacts with all mouse IgG subclasses and mouse IgM. It has been affinity-purified with minimal cross-reaction to human, bovine and horse serum proteins. A long spacer arm has been positioned between the biotin and the secondary antibody, which provides a significant increase in sensitivity when coupled with streptavidin conjugates. Biocare Universal Link can be used with either streptavidin horseradish peroxidase or streptavidin alkaline phosphatase detection systems.
