The Meso Scale Discovery V-PLEX Human IL-7 Kit is an electrochemiluminescent immunoassay for the quantitative measurement of human interleukin 7 (IL-7) in cell culture supernatants, serum, and plasma. The kit contains a 96-well plate coated with a capture antibody specific for human IL-7, a detection antibody conjugated to an electrochemiluminescent label, calibrators, diluent, wash buffer, read buffer, and plate seals. The assay has a sensitivity of 0.11 pg/mL and a 7-log dynamic range from 0.49 pg/mL to 10,000 pg/mL. The total assay time is 3.5 hours.
