The Meso Scale Discovery V-PLEX Plus Chemokine Panel 1 Human Kit is used to simultaneously quantify human chemokines CCL2, CCL3, CCL4, CCL5, CXCL8, CXCL9, CXCL10, and CXCL11 in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This electrochemiluminescence (ECL) based immunoassay utilizes MSD's patented multi-array technology and provides high sensitivity, up to 5-logs of dynamic range, and low sample volume requirements. The kit includes a 96-well plate coated with capture antibodies, detection antibodies, calibrators, and diluent. The assay takes approximately 3.5 hours to complete.
