Two Channel Vascular Access Button™ for Mice

For tethered or intermittent access

This implantable button for mice connects two independent fluid channels simply by engaging the mating tether. It is designed for glucose clamping and other applications where simultaneous blood sampling and infusion is required. Access the small PinPorts™, one red and one white, manually using a syringe fitted with a PNP3M injector.

Available in three configurations:

  • VABM2JB/25R25 - 14mm polyester felt disk, two 25ga catheter connectors (for 2Fr or 1-2Fr catheters) facing tail.
  • VABM2JBSM/25R25 - 14mm silicone mesh disk with holes for tissue growth, two 25ga catheter connectors facing sides. Developed in cooperation with The Jackson Laboratory.
  • VABM2VB/25R25 - 10mm polyester felt disk, two 25ga catheter connectors facing the head. Developed in cooperation with the Vanderbilt MMPC.
