This gauge combines a Pirani sensor and a capacitive diaphragm sensor for wide range vacuum measurement. It uses the Pirani sensor for low pressures and the capacitive diaphragm sensor for high pressures. In a mixed range, the unit proportionately weighs both signals to determine the output signal.

  • Bakeout temperature of 80°C.
  • Output signal: 1.2 to 8.68 V logarithm of pressure.
