World Precision Instrument Vannas Spring Scissors, 8.2cm, Straight, Titanium

Supplier: World Precision Instrument WP5050
Our Vannas spring scissors are specialized spring scissors designed for precision cutting and often used by scientific researchers. They are named after the Swedish scientist Gunnar Vannas who invented them in the 1940s. Compared with other spring scissors, Vannas spring scissors are distinguished by their delicate, thin, sharp tips. These surgical scissors have 9.5mm blades and sharp tips. The slender, pointed tips allows for precise cutting with minimal damage to surrounding tissues. Choose between straight or angled blades. Manufactured with titanium, these scissors are non-magnetic, lightweight, durable and resistant to corrosion. Like all spring scissors, these are an excellent choice for left-handed operators, because they can be used ambidextrously. To properly care for your surgical instruments, these scissors should be cleaned immediately after use to ensure a long service life and minimize staining or corrosion. These Vannas are autoclavable.
