Description

VSIG2 is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein at contains multiple N-glycosylation sites in the extracellular region and phosphorylation sites in the cytoplasmic tail.

The Human VSIG2 (NP_055127) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for VSIG2, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The VSIG2 insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
