Description

Both human and mouse B7-1 and B7-2 can bind to either human or mouse CD28 and CTLA 4, suggesting that there are conserved amino acids which form the B7-1/B7-2/CD28/CTLA4 critical binding sites.

The Mouse B7-1/CD80 (NP_033985) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for B7-1/CD80, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector.
