VH032 thiol (VHL ligand 6) is a VHL ligand. It binds to pan-BET inhibitor JQ1 via a linker to form PROTAC. VHL is a substrate recognition subunit of two ubiquitously expressed and biologically important Cullin RING E3 ubiquitin ligase complexes. It is also one of the most popular E3 ligases recruited by bifunctional Proteolysis-targeting chimeras (PROTACs) to induce ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of a target protein.
