LifeSensors VHL/CUL2/ELOB/ELOC/RBX1 50µg

Supplier: LifeSensors UB03310050
The VHL complex is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that targets proteins for ubiquitination and degradation, playing a key role in tumor suppression through regulation of HIF. VHL is widely used in PROTAC drug design, degradation studies, and selectivity profiling. The multi‑subunit ligase consists of VHL, Elongin B, Elongin C, Cullin‑2, and Rbx1. Elongin B and C form a heterodimer that binds the BC‑box motif of VHL‑box proteins, while VHL provides substrate recognition. The complex is assembled through Elongin C linking VHL to the Cul2/Rbx1 scaffold, with Elongin B stabilizing the structure. This VHL/Cul2/ELOB/ELOC/RBX1 complex is an active VHL‑box E3 ligase validated for enzymatic ubiquitination assays, PROTAC‑mediated ubiquitination, biophysical studies, and HTRF‑based ternary complex analysis. FLAG‑tagged components also support efficient pulldown assays.
