Stainless steel handle mounted scraper features a stainless flex steel blade with protective rounded corners, a high-strength attachment, and a threaded grip.

  • Can be mounted on any Vikan™ handle
  • Good for removing sticky, semi-liquid deposits, like dough, confectionery gels/pastes, soft chocolate, and cheese
  • Ideal for removing dried or burnt on deposits, like hardened chocolate, caramel, dried/burnt bakery debris, dried powders, and burnt meat, fish or vegetable deposits
