The ViroCheck NanoParticle Reference Kit is used for calibration of an intensity unit of fluorescence for flow cytometry analysis, and concentration analysis for virus and extracellular vesicles.

  • For calibration of an intensity unit of fluorescence for flow cytometry analysis and concentration analysis for virus and extracellular vesicles
  • Through the application of the NIST-assigned intensity standards for a given fluorophore, instrument sensitivity and accuracy can be determined
  • This permits data comparison between flow cytometry instruments
  • In combination with a biological standard, these particles can also be used to quantify the level of biomarker expression

ViroCheck NanoParticle Reference Kit features include:

  • NIST-assigned ERF values to 15 commonly used flow cytometry filter set channels
  • Enables normalization of the fluorescence intensity scale for instrument accuracy and sensitivity
  • NIST-verified nanoparticle concentration for counting of sub-micron biological samples such as viruses and extracellular vesicles (EV)
