Removes interference substances in cyanide quantitative analyses according to ASTM™ D 2036

Sample reacts with HS2O4 and MgCl2 to convert any cyanide to hydrocyanic acid (HCN). HCN is distilled and absorbed in NaOH solution, and sample is analyzed for CN.
