Description

WHEATON™ LVI™ Vials feature a 300μL tapered glass insert fused into a 12 x 32mm vial, eliminating leakage and evaporation. Available in clear or amber borosilicate glass with screw cap or crimp top closures, these one-piece vials deliver ultra-low residual volumes for autosampler use.

• 300μL tapered glass limited volume insert is fused directly into a 12 x 32mm vial, preventing needle damage and eliminating leakage and evaporation
• Residual volume as low as 4μL, depending on solvent, needle style, and autosampler depth adjustment
• Compatible with autosamplers using 12 mm O.D. x 32 mm H vials
• Slight flare at top of insert provides a larger needle target area
• Clear vials and inserts made from ASTM™ Type I Class A borosilicate glass
• Amber vials made from ASTM Type I Class B borosilicate glass
• White ceramic writing patch on all vials for easier sample identification
• Available with 9 mm ABC screw cap or 11 mm crimp top closure
• Vials and caps available separately or together in convenience packs
