Description

The Window Cleaning Solution removes cleanroom residues from glass and hard surfaces. It contains 3% IPA, 0.2% ammonium hydroxide, and 2.9% surfactant in DI water.

  • Unique blend of solution solubilizes residues allowing them to be easily removed from surfaces
  • Low IPA level means little to no VOC's compared to 70% IPA.
  • Trigger and recloseable cap tailored to meet end-user preferences and SOP guidelines.
  • Irradiated solution filtered through 0.2 micron eliminates the need for in-house filtration
  • Prefiltered, packaged and irradiated for easy introduction into critical environments
