World Precision Instrument Wire Speculum, 4cm, 13x5mm Wire Blades

Supplier: World Precision Instrument 501994

A wire eyelid speculum is a surgical instrument used by ophthalmologists to keep eyelids open during an exam or surgery. It consists of two curved blades that are gently inserted between the upper and lower eyelids to hold them open, allowing the ophthalmologist a clear view of the eye. Our 4cm wire specula are made of surgical grade stainless steel, and they come in two sizes, with a spread of 15mm. Choose the dimensions of your blades: 5 x 5mm or 5 x 13mm. This wire speculum can be sterilized with a chemical sterilant or by autoclaving. Be sure to clean, disinfect and sterilize your surgical instruments promptly after each use to ensure they last for many years.
