The Wnt/β-Catenin Activated Targets Antibody Sampler Kit provides an economical solution for investigating target proteins within the Wnt/β-Catenin signaling pathway, which is implicated in vertebrate development and tumorigenesis. This kit includes a collection of primary antibodies to analyze downstream effectors including CD44, cyclin D1, c-Jun, LEF1, Met, MMP-7, c-Myc, and TCF1/TCF7. Supplied in 10 mM sodium HEPES (pH 7.5), 150 mM NaCl, 100 μg/mL BSA, 50% glycerol, and less than 0.02% sodium azide. Store at -20°C. Do not aliquot.
