The XBridge BEH C18 sorbent is a high-performance column for HPLC method development, usable across the entire mobile phase pH range of 1–12. Its trifunctionally bound C18 ligand offers a universal column for most HPLC separations, providing wide pH range stability and extremely low column bleed. Based on BEH (Ethylene Bridge Hybrid Particle) technology, it endures high pH, high temperatures, and other extreme operating conditions, making it suitable for a broad spectrum of LC–MS analyses of small molecules and biomolecules.
