XCL1 (lymphotactin) is a chemokine protein that functions in inflammation and immunological responses. Specifically chemotactic for T cells (lymphocytes), but not for monocytes or neutrophils. Binds and acts as an agonist to the chemokine receptor XCR1. Provided as 25 μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer. These highly purified, pre-validated control ligands have been used to qualify our InCELL Hunter, PathHunter and cAMP Hunter cell lines as well as our Assay Ready Kits.
