Supplier: Metasystems Group Inc D5099999OG
The XL CDKN2C/CKS1B enumeration probe is a fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) test for the detection of copy number variations in the CDKN2C and CKS1B gene regions. It is designed as a diagnostic aid for disease monitoring in patients with multiple myeloma (MM). The probe uses a green label for the CDKN2C gene at 1p32.3 and an orange label for the CKS1B gene at 1q21-22. This ensures robust detection of deletions or amplifications on chromosome 1, providing reliable clinical results. The product is IVDR-certified under Regulation (EU) 2017/746.
- Detection of copy number variations
- Low background and consistent signal strength
