YUMM3.3 is a cell line with epithelial-like morphology isolated in 2015 from the skin of a mouse with melanoma. This cell line is genetically modified containing human-relevant mutations like BrafV600E/wt (knock in conditionally activated Braf allele), Cdkn2a-/- Pten-/- (conditionally inactivated). It also has Tyrosinase:CreERT2 transgene which restricts recombination to melanocytes. It was deposited by the Yale University School of Medicine.
