Negative control for serine protease inhibitor AAF-CMK which inhibits tripeptidyl peptidase II (TPPII), a giant protease which may substitute for some proteasome functions. Blockage of the N-terminus by the Benzyloxycarbonyl or “Z” group abolishes the activity of the AAF-CMK inhibitor. Alternative name: Z-Ala-Ala-Phe-CMK. Purity: ≥98% (TLC). Solubility: Soluble in DMSO(2 mg/ml) or ethanol (2 mg/ml). Long Term Storage: -20°C.
