The ZAP-70 (IFluor488) Antibody Conjugate from Caprico Biotechnologies is an antibody that targets ZAP-70, a tyrosine kinase that plays a key role in T cell receptor signaling. This antibody is conjugated to IFluor488, a green fluorescent dye, allowing for direct detection of ZAP-70 expression via immunofluorescence. The antibody is made in rabbit and is supplied as a liquid in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide from human ZAP-70. This antibody can be used for a variety of applications including Western blot, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence, and flow cytometry. It has been tested for use in human, mouse, and rat samples.
