A rapid, easy-to-use ELISA designed for the measurement of chicken IgY in chicken serum, egg yolk or white. Plasma, saliva, mucosa, cell culture fluid from chicken cells or other biological samples

  • Chicken IgY (IgG) ELISA is designed to measure chicken IgY in serum, egg yolk/white, plasma, saliva, mucosa, and cell culture fluids. Key specifications and features include:
    • Conisists of 96-well microplate (coated with goat anti-chicken IgY)
    • Detection Method: HRP-conjugated goat anti-chicken IgY detector antibody (Fc-fragment specific)
    • Standard: Provided at 125 ng/mL
    • Measurement: Spectrophotometric reading at 450 nm
    • Specificity: Reacts with Fc portion of chicken IgY and no cross-reactivity with non-immunoglobulin proteins or serum from sheep, rabbit, rat, donkey, goat, horse, bovine, mouse, or human
