Sample preparation and precise liquid handling in one device
A 0.6μL bed of C18, C4, or SCX (strong cation exchange) media is fixed at the end of a 10μL pipet tip such that there is no dead volume; concentrated, purified samples are eluted in 1 to 4μL. For applications requiring smaller elution volumes (e.g., <1μL), ZipTip μ-C18 tips feature a microbed format containing 0.2μL of media.

- Ideal for purifying and concentrating femtomoles to picomoles of peptides, proteins, or oligonucleotides in minutes prior to mass spectrometry, HPLC, capillary electrophoresis, and other analytical techniques
