Mouse IgG Fractionated Purified 1gm - Mouse IgG Fractionated Purified from Innovative Research has been purified from mouse serum by fractionation. This is a frozen liquid buffered in 10mM sodium phosphate, 150mM sodium chloride pH 7.2 and a purity of greater than 97% as determined by SDS-PAGE analysis. This product is useful as a co-precipitant in radioimmunoassay methods that use polyethylene glycol or ammonium sulfate precipitaiton, and as a protein stabilizer blocker for immunoassays. This is also useful as an IgG control for biochemical analytical testing. Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is an antibody that plays a role in controlling infection, neutralizing toxins, activating the classical pathway of the complement system, and more. Each individual IgG contains two identical antigen binding sites. There are four subclasses of IgG (IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, and IgG4) that have different (and sometimes opposing) properties.

Human Factor I (Fibrinogen) Plasminogen Depleted Purified 1gm - It is purified from human plasma and plasminogen depleted using affinity chromatography. This is a frozen liquid buffered in 20 mM sodium citrate-HCl/ pH 7.4. The Human Fibrinogen is homogeneous as observed on a 4-20% gradient gel, and is greater than 95% clottable. Fibrinogen (FI) naturally circulates in the blood and is a key factor in clotting and coagulation. Fibrinogen is converted to Fibrin by Thrombin, which leads to the development of a fibrin-based clot. Fibrinogen also promotes clotting by bridging and activating platelets. As a positive acute-phase protein, Fibrinogen levels will rise in response to inflammation, injury, and other events, and can be elevated in the presence of some cancers. Purity Homogeneous as observed on a 4-20% gradient gel, > 95% clottable Storage Conditions -60 to -80C. Thaw in a 37C water bath, then aliquot and freeze the unused portion at -60C or below.
