Phthalazinone pyrazole is a potent, selective, orally active small-molecule inhibitor of Aurora-A kinase intended for laboratory research. It arrests mitosis and induces apoptosis in proliferating cells, and has been reported to modulate epithelial-mesenchymal transition during cellular differentiation. Supplied as a high-purity solid for biochemical and cellular studies.
