Mulberroside A is a primary bioactive component found in mulberry (Morus alba L.). It has been observed to reduce the expression of TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6, and to suppress the activation of NALP3, caspase-1, and NF-κB, as well as the phosphorylation of ERK, JNK, and p38, indicating anti-inflammatory and antiapoptotic properties. Furthermore, Mulberroside A demonstrates inhibitory activity against mushroom tyrosinase with an IC50 of 53.6 μM.
