Valve, Chem-Vac, Hi-Vac, Low Hold Up, 0-4mm, Viton O-Ring. Similar to CG-927 CHEM-VAC valve but with the arms bent to minimize hold up of fluids. Valve has TFE plug with three o-rings, the tip o-ring making the primary seal on the precision formed tapered seat. O-rings on the non-rotating shaft form an excellent dynamic seal between the TFE plug and glass barrel. GL-18 Demers TFE Delivery Tip, Package Of 10. Removable TFE delivery stem virtually eliminates the breakage normally associated with standard glass stem stopcocks. Made entirely of TFE, the stem attaches directly to the glass thread without o-rings or other gaskets. Glassware equipped with this stem can survive repeated forceful strikes to the stem without breakage. They have also been dropped from a height of 3 ft without breakage, so long as the initial impact was received by the TFE stem. US Patient Number: 5,580,528.
